Cute product, great customer service

Ordered this for a friend and her new baby and it came in about a week. It was super cute but the personalization was wrong. I emailed customer service and they remade it immediately and got the new one out to me. Love the personalized detail, the teething ring and rattle. Can’t wait to give it to the new baby.
